Walbro has announced a number of organization changes to provide enhanced focus in the major markets it serves including lawn and garden, recreation/marine and flow control products. Walbro is a global market leader of engine management systems for the lawn and garden, recreational and marine, outdoor power equipment, and two-wheel small engine markets.
Jerry Kibby has been promoted to Vice President, Lawn & Garden, with overall responsibility for Walbro’s Global Lawn & Garden business unit. He previously served as Lawn & Garden financial controller. Jeff Sensmeier has been appointed to the newly created position of Vice President, Business Development and Marketing, Lawn & Garden. He will be responsible for business development and market intelligence as well as acquisition activities. Chris Quick has been promoted to Vice President, Global Recreation & Marine, with responsibility for fuel tank business development and operations for the Lawn & Garden and Recreational/Marine markets. Robert McCue has been named General Manager, Aftermarket. He will have overall responsibility for Walbro’s aftermarket parts and service activities. Kenji Konishi has joined Walbro as General Manager, Flow Control. In this role he will be responsible for Flow Control’s overall direction including business objectives, product strategies and manufacturing operations.
