PERC launched Propane Equipment Dealer Point, an online search tool. It helps commercial landscaping contractors find the nearest knowledgeable dealers offering propane-powered mowers.
Contractors can search by zip code to find a local propane equipment dealer. Dealers who are interested in being listed can apply at propane.com/where-to-buy. Dealers also get access to educational materials on propane equipment as well as the benefits of the fuel.
“Until now, it took a lot of work for contractors to find a location to buy propane mowers and for dealers to find a contractor looking at alternative fuel equipment,” comments Jeremy Wishart, PERC.
