AireCut Tri Blade
The AireCut brushcutter tri-cut blade has an innovative aerofoil twist at the end of each cutter arm that creates a strong upward airflow as opposed to a conventional “flat” single plane cutter. Similar to rear-collecting mower blades, this uplift carries cut material away from the cutting area, saving energy as the cut debris does not clog the blade. Saved energy means more cutting power with less fuel consumption and faster work times. The design is made to self-sharpen, with field tests showing blades remaining sharp for more than 200 hours of use.
AireCut blades cut through all Bracken Fern, Bush Stems (up to 25mm thick), Fescue, Blackberry, Pampas grass, Kikuyu and second growth Manuka and Gorse. AireCut out-performs all blades in this variety of vegetation without the need to change or sharpen blades. The blade fits any standard 25.4mm (1″) spindle and is available in 3 sizes: 35cm, 30cm and 25cm. A reducer washer is available for 20mm shaft brushcutters.
