New From Echo: HCA-2620S Trimmer
The new Echo HCA-2620S trimmer is hitting the market at an ideal time for peak hedge trimming season, prior to the first budding. The Echo HCA-2620 has a 25.4 cc professional-grade 2-stroke engine and 33 in. shaft length. The two-stage air filtration system with pleated paper main filter allows for longer maintenance intervals.
John Powers, Director of Product Marketing, Echo Inc. explains, “Like all Echo X-Series products, this was designed to be powerful, light weight, and offer greater productivity. The HCA-2620S was built for the commercial landscaper who wants an articulating shafted hedge trimmer yet prefers a shorter length and lighter weight tool.”
Other key features include
- extruded aluminum support bar is lightweight and increases rigidity compared to a steel support bar
- RazorEdge blades with three sharpened sides per cutting tooth offer superior cutting performance
- Tip Guard prevents contact with building and/or the ground
