Kioti Names Director of Product Support
Kioti Tractor announces the appointment of Eugene Medeiros as Director of Product Support. Medeiros will be responsible for overseeing Kioti’s entire North American after-sale support operation, including parts, service, training and warranty in addition to a number of optional feature assembly operations.
In his new post at this fast-growing Wendell, North Carolina tractor and UTV manufacturer, Medeiros’ main goal will be to drive Kioti’s already highly regarded product support to the next level. In order to meet these goals, he will be tightening up parts fill rates, increasing training levels at the company’s Kioti University and developing the new programs necessary to satisfy and exceed the demands of a growing dealer network and the markets these dealers serve.
Medeiros will also be actively involved in plans for expanding Kioti’s growing assembly areas and storage facilities, as well as the launch and marketing of Kioti’s own line of lubricants and other aftermarket products.
Medeiros comes to Kioti Tractor with over 35 years experience in support positions from National Parts Manager to Vice-President of Operations for companies the likes of Massey-Ferguson, Kubota, Komatsu, Eagle-Picher, Reliable Tractor and McCormick. This wide range of customer support experiences will enable him to move the company quickly to achieve both short- and long-term product support goals.
