New From Husqvarna: Automower iQ Series
Husqvarna was the first to manufacture robotic mowers in 1995; 2025 marks the 30-year anniversary of the first robotic mower. In recent years, many have entered the robotic mower category, but on innovation, experience and reliability, Husqvarna remains the world leader in robotic mowing, according to Euromonitor International Ltd.’s robotic lawnmowers category definition.
Today, Husqvarna is once again changing the way America mows with the Automower iQ Series— a line-up of smart robotic mowers that can be customized for a variety of yards, making it possible for anyone to find their match. For homeowners and landscapers who want a trusted, established name in outdoor power to help them take their lawn or business to the next level, the new Automower iQ Series offers flexible installation, so they work in any yard. With the Automower Connect app, operators have complete control of how, when and where their mower operates.
Coming in Spring 2025, the new line-up is:
-
Automower 410 iQ: $2,999.99
-
Automower 420 iQ: $3,499.99
-
Automower 440 iQ: $4,299.99
-
Automower 435 iQ AWD: $4,999.99
Smarter and more customizable than ever before, each mower includes the following features and benefits:
• No wires required: Automower iQ Series utilizes RTK technology and radar odometry for wire-free mowing. Husqvarna’s latest EPOS series will also be the first residential robotic mower to utilize a cellular reference station, eliminating the need for a physical reference station.
• Flexible installation: Automower iQ Series offers flexible installation between wire-free and wired technology to work in any yard.
• All cut system: 1 in. to 4 in. cut height for use on all grass types (on selected iQ Series models)
• Superior design: Designed to tackle hard surface transitions with raised chassis, optimized bumper design and larger wheels.
• Automower Intelligent Mapping (AIM) technology provides complete control of your lawn directly from your smartphone via the Automower Connect app. AIM Technology allows you to customize your lawn according to your yard’s changing needs—i.e. avoid areas with newly sown grass or adapt the cut to suit your preferences. AIM technology also allows you to accurately define and create work areas, allowing Automower to act according to area settings such as different times and heights.
