Several legacy brands—Comet Clutch, TecumsehPower, and Hoffco Outdoor Power Equipment—have been sold to Peerless Gear, located in Salem, Ind. The move consolidates these brands into Peerless Gear’s operations, which includes Certified Parts Corp.
