Seago Named Exclusive Distributor

Seago International of Hickory, NC has been named the exclusive distributor for the Americas for BowDry and Hover Trimmer. David DeCunha of Bowcom says, “We are very excited to work with Seago. Through their dealer network, Seago has great reach into golf and other markets throughout both North and South America.”

The BowDry machine, manufactured by Bowcom in the United Kingdom, is a walk-behind water removing machine that is fast, quiet and efficient. Scott Sweeney of Seago notes that “While there have been some similar machines like this out in the market in years past, the BowDry’s rear collection area and transport wheels make it much easier to maneuver, even when full.” The BowDry is rugged, easy to use and people powered. Adds Scott, “You can use the BowDry to dry greens or walking areas between foursomes at tournament time and the players won’t hear a thing. It removes the water from the turf and you can take it right to the closest drain. It also works great for pool areas, locker rooms, cart or walking paths – really anywhere there is standing water.”

The Hover Trimmer, manufactured by Autolawnmow of Ireland, is a blade and hood attachment that will fit most any brand string trimmer. “The Hover Trimmer is the perfect blend of a string trimmer and a hover mower. It has applications for golf, landscape, home owner markets.” Said Scott. There are two sizes of Hover Trimmer, the HT-300 that is designed for machines with a 30cc engine or larger and the HT-200 which is designed for smaller than 30cc trimmers.

About what the addition means at Seago, Scott concludes: “With the addition of the BowDry and the Hover Trimmer, Seago continues to bring unique and useful equipment from around the world to the American market. It is why we say that Seago provides ‘The Best Equipment. On Earth.’”
