The new Snapper 285Z offers homeowners an easy-to-operate zero-turn with a compact footprint and low-profile design. Featuring dependable Briggs & Stratton engines, intuitive controls and rugged mowing decks, the Snapper 285Z is the ideal zero-turn mower for residential use. There are 2 models from which to choose: RTZ2652 and RTZ2746.
The RTZ2652 features a 26 gross HP Briggs & Stratton Professional Series V-twin; a 52″, 14 ga. steel mowing deck; cast aluminum arbor housing; Hydro-Gear EZT with integrated pumps and motors; a 12 ga. stamped steel frame; a pivoting cast iron front axle; 18″ rear drive tires; a 3 gal. fuel tank; and conveniently located controls with electric height-of-cut adjustment.
The RTZ2746 features a 27 gross HP Briggs & Stratton Professional Series V-twin with Electronic Fuel Management; a 46″, 2 ga. steel mowing deck; cast iron arbor housing; a Hydro-Gear ZT-2800 series transmission; a 12 ga. stamped steel frame; a pivoting cast iron front axle; 20″ rear drive tires; a 3 gal. fuel tank; and conveniently located controls with electric height-of-cut adjustment.
