Toro Ag Dedicates New Training Center

Toro Ag has dedicated its new training center in honor, of John Violante, a beloved member of the Toro Ag team who died last year. The Violante Training Center will serve as a lasting tribute to Violante’s legacy and dedication to excellence in training and development— known for fostering strong relationships with dealers and growers by being transparent and working collaboratively to find solutions to help his customer base.

Located in Riverside, Calif., the Violante Training Center will be the hub for training and development programs for agriculture products and technologies. This facility will host various internal and external training programs, such as employee technical training, dealer fly-in sessions, and customer workshops.

“John personified the level of customer care that we expect from Toro Ag employees, and we are proud to honor his legacy with the dedication of this training center,” says Neville Mody, General Manager of Toro’s Ag business. “His commitment to training and development was second to none, and this facility will ensure that his legacy lives on for many years to come.”

The dedication ceremony for the Violante Training Center took place on May 17, 2023, featuring remarks from Toro Ag Senior Leaders and members of Violante’s close family.
